What is Eaze Case and how does it work?

Eaze Case is a convenient luggage pickup and delivery service designed to make your travel experience easier. We offer two flexible plans depending on your needs:

Check-in: We collect your luggage from the airport or meeting point and deliver it directly to your hotel or apartment, so you can start exploring the city without carrying your bags.

Check-out: We pick up your luggage from your accommodation and deliver it to the airport at your preferred time, giving you freedom on your last day without the burden of bags.

Where is the service available?

We currently operate in Valencia, Spain.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and optimal route planning. However, if your request is made at least 24 hours in advance, we may be able to accommodate it depending on our schedule and logistics.

What types of luggage can I send?

You can send suitcases, backpacks, briefcases, and even sports equipment like golf bags or surfboards. You can add as many items as needed during the checkout process.

How is my luggage kept safe?

All luggage is tracked via GPS throughout the entire process and handled exclusively by trained staff. We use secure vehicles, and your items are covered by insurance in case of loss or damage, so you can travel with peace of mind..

What happens in case of delay or problem?

For luggage pickup, we guarantee arrival within a maximum delay of 15 minutes. If we are later than that, we’ll offer you a discount for your next service with Eaze Case as compensation.

For luggage delivery at the airport or train station, delays are not an option — your luggage will always be ready and waiting at least 30 minutes before the time you provided during booking.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We plan our luggage pickup and delivery routes in advance to ensure maximum efficiency, so cancellations or changes made after that period may not be possible or could incur a fee.
